Excellentbrandsh provides wardrobe consultation services rather than physical products. This Return Policy outlines our cancellation, refund, and satisfaction guarantee policies for our styling services.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our professional stylists.

Advance Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled consultation will receive a full refund. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method.

No-Shows

If you miss your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the full payment is non-refundable. We reserve significant time for each client and cannot fill last-minute cancellations.

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your wardrobe consultation at no additional charge if you provide at least 48 hours notice. You may reschedule up to two times. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction with our wardrobe consultation services is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.

We will work with you to:

  • Address any concerns or questions about the styling advice provided
  • Provide additional clarification or guidance
  • Offer a follow-up consultation at a reduced rate
  • In exceptional cases, provide a partial refund

Refund Process

When a refund is approved, it will be processed according to the following timeline:

  • Refund approval: Within 2 business days of your cancellation or request
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days to return to your original payment method
  • Bank processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed by excellentbrandsh.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Digital style guides and materials already delivered
  • Completed consultation sessions
  • Personal shopping services already rendered
  • Custom outfit planning documents already provided

Package Modifications

If you wish to upgrade your consultation package before your appointment, you may do so by paying the difference in price. Downgrades are not permitted once a booking is confirmed, but you may cancel and rebook according to our cancellation policy.

Weather and Emergency Situations

In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergency situations that prevent us from conducting your consultation, we will contact you to reschedule at no charge. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

Technical Issues

For virtual consultations, if technical difficulties prevent us from completing your session, we will reschedule at no additional cost. If the issue cannot be resolved, you will receive a full refund.
